Strategic direction of the development of CEROVO d.o.o. is the steady growth under the current, turbulent economic circumstances, while sustaining the customers’ satisfaction with the quality, price and the delivery terms. Redirection of the all available resources of the company toward the customers became the major task for all the competents in the service-orientated businesses.

Development related goals are the long term goals of our company. In our effort to meet the customers’ demands and to conform to the new marketing demands, CEROVO d.o.o. expanded its offer.

Our strategic, long term goal is the development of “One-stop-shop” system in order to provide the offer of the full range of construction materials at one place. That way, we would make purchase more simple, decrease total costs and the time of supply. Most important, on a long run, that implies improved quality of the services for our clients, including the offer of the complete logistic service.
All the other goals of CEROVO d.o.o. are secondary in comparison to this strategical goal.

One of the secondary goals of our company is the dynamic investment cycle into the new products and technologies and the expansion of the production range and sales capacity, which would increase the company’s competiveness.
